Outreach
What is outreach?
Outreach is the process of contacting site owners, editors, or journalists to pitch content, request a link, or propose a collaboration.
Why it matters
Effective outreach is short, personalised in the first line, and leads with what the recipient gains. Typical reply rates run 5–15%; anything above 20% usually means a very tight prospect list.
Follow up once, politely, after four to seven days. Repeated follow-ups damage your sending domain's reputation.
