Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This policy explains how Guest Post Website (guestpostwebsite.com) collects and handles data from writers who submit guest posts, readers who browse essays, and advertisers who work with us. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you create an account we store your email and the name you choose to publish under. When you submit a post we store the content, cover image, and category you provide. When you contact us or submit an ad enquiry we store the form fields you fill in so we can reply. Basic server logs (IP, user-agent, timestamp) are kept short-term for security.
How we use it
Account information is used to sign you in and to attribute the essays you publish. Submissions are read by our editors and, once approved, published on Guest Post Website with your byline. Contact and ad enquiries are used only to reply to you.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, we don't run third-party ad tracking, and we don't share your email with other writers or advertisers. Analytics are aggregate only.
Cookies & analytics
We use a small set of first-party cookies to keep you signed in and privacy-respecting Google Analytics 4 to count page views in aggregate. No cross-site tracking, no personalised ad profiles.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to guestpostwebsiteinfo@gmail.com. For related documents see our terms of service and submission guidelines.
